Our
Story

At ARK Medical Solutions we pride ourselves in delivering personalised professional courses by “instructors that do the job, not just teach it”.

Our instructors don’t just hold a training qualification, but are experts in their field. Only instructors with previous or active emergency service experience are able to deliver our courses. We do this to ensure the best course possible for our clients, maximising learning opportunities and knowledge sharing. This sets us apart from the majority of first aid providers.

Unlike other providers all ARK trainers are serving, or have served, as 999 personnel bringing a wealth of experience and real life exposure to the classroom. Our on-site courses involve active participation and elements are reconstructed to make it as realistic as possible and cement learning.

At ARK Medical we are happy to accommodate bespoke requests for our clients and tailor our courses towards your business or individual needs. We can advise and recommend courses that meet your legal requirements, risk assessment, or own learning objectives.

ARK instructors experience and current roles within the Police and Ambulance Services mean we have first-hand knowledge and understanding of their operating procedures. This places our courses in the unique position of educating candidates and familiarising them with the roles and responsibilities of the emergency services, and how you can assist them. We have a strong working relationship with the emergency services and can transfer this knowledge in our course delivery.

ARK medical was founded by two close friends and emergency service colleagues at the end of 2023. ARK Medical aims to deliver First Aid to individuals, businesses and organisations that meet their needs and offer bespoke first aid equipment management. We want First Aid to be available to all, enjoyable for all, learned by all.
